OZSTAFF ON-HIRED PERSONNEL TRANSITION PROGRAM
WELCOME TEAM NEWCOLD!
We are delighted to announce that OzStaff has been appointed On-Site Managed Workforce partner by NewCold Australian Operations.
In recognition of your valuable contribution, NewCold & OzStaff are pleased to invite all On-Hired personnel currently on assignment to register with OzStaff for continued work opportunities.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
11th July 2018 Introduction to OzStaff
The team from OzStaff will meet all On-Hired personnel on site prior to each shift for introduction and Q&A, collect names and contact numbers and inform all staff about the registration process
16th July 2018 Registration at OzStaff Laverton
All on-hired personnel currently on site are invited to attend OzStaff's Laverton North Office for Registration, induction and on-boarding, so ongoing work may be offered.
Registration timings will co-inside with shift start times. Please see the Registration timetable bellow
PLEASE NOTE IF YOU WISH TO BE CONSIDERED FOR WORK AT NEWCOLD, IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU ATTEND AND COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.
6th August 2018 Commence working with OzStaff
Starting from the first shift on the 6th August 2018, you will start to receive assignments for work at NewCold through OzStaff and be part of our COOL TEAM.
ABOUT THE REGISTRATION PROCESS
Registration with OzStaff will take approx 1.5 hours and consist of the following steps:
1. Completion of registration paperwork
We need to gather your personal information to register you on to our systems. This includes; - Name, address and contact information - Authorisations for us to conduct various employment checks - Criminal , medical and employment history - Licencing, Visa and other relevant qualifications - Availability - Training background - Bank,Super and Tax File Number information - Acceptance of terms and conditions of employment
2. Induction and on-boarding
Induction and on-boarding will involve training and sign-off on OzStaff workplace policies, code of conduct, operational procedures, introduction to support teams, contact information, how to use the NewCold/OzStaff employee portal and our special employee care programs. We will also have an opportunity for questions and answers about working for OzStaff.
3. Employment Checks
The following employment checks will be carried out during Registration; - Drugs & Alcohol check - National criminal history check - Visa checks - License check (ie. forklift) - Photo and 100 points of ID

YOU MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WITH YOU FOR REGISTRATION
1. Resume 2. Bank & Super details, Tax File Number 3. 100 points of ID (eg. driver lic, passport, medicare card) 4. Copies of licenses and qualifications 5. Proof of citizenship (Passport) 6. Visa details for Non-Australian citizens/perm residents 7. Copies of current Police/criminal checks
We will not be able to complete your registration if you do not have these important documents and will affect our ability to offer you work.

VENUE: Unit 7, 227 Fitzgerald Road, Laverton North (Cnr of Boundary rd & Fitzgerald Rd - behind Max's Diner)
Duration & Parking: 1.5 - 2 hours Light refreshments, coffee/tea will be served. Parking is available on site or along Boundary Rd, in front of Max's Diner
AFTERNOON SHIFT PERSONNEL: 12:30PM - 2PM
DAY SHIFT PERSONNEL: 3:30PM - 5PM
NIGHT SHIFT PERSONNEL: 8:30PM - 10PM
Please get to registrations 15 minutes early to allow for parking etc.
